![]() ![]() ![]() I test ‘n retest a lot of Linux OSes, and not all of them setup their KDE Plasma versions the same. For example, when adding an application to the Panel I have now found that “Pin to Task Manager” option works better than the “Add to Panel (Widget)” option. NOTE & Update: Was still learning the processes of KDE Plasma when this Post was done, so some info is different now. This post will be Part 3b in the series, since it involves Panel Icons_ AND_Task Manager Icons ( something new I found), and I am already planning on a Part 4 post on another discovered ‘ TidBit‘ when this post is finished. They expect people to do the work for them and then expect to get praised about it, and make up a unique species of their own.Īs stated in an earlier post, I have moved to KDE Plasma DE, and it will take some time to learn all it’s workings however, since I have a pretty good working knowledge of it right now, it now seems that a lot of the new discoveries are more about ‘ Tweaking‘.Īs I learn new ‘ Thangs about the KDE Plasma DE, I will update the “Main ‘ Newb TidBits‘ section” of the KDE Plasma – ‘ Newb TidBits ‘ page. n00bs, on the other hand, know little and have no will to learn any more. Newbs are those who are new to some task* and are very beginner at it, possibly a little overconfident about it, but they are willing to learn and fix their errors to move out of that stage. Contrary to the belief of many, a noob/n00b and a newbie/newb are not the same thing. ![]()
